Dear Rescues…

We’ve noticed that a lot of newly adopted dogs are getting lost these days. While all of us at the FLED crew love rescues and our rescue dogs to bits, there’s still a lot of precautions that need to be taken when a dog is still getting used to his new home.

It is so important to make sure a new dog is ALWAYS secured before doors to the outside are open…Dogs who are not bonded or used to being in a family, spend 100% of their time thinking of a way to get out.

So if you have a new rescue dog or you’re involved with a rescue, please please make sure the new family is aware and well versed on why they MUST be extra cautious with a new dog who has NO LOYALTIES to them and who is not BONDED to anyone.

Thank you — Jill
